Megan at Lehigh Valley Transplant has been writing a thorough review of how another ambitious Allentown restaurant -- The Cosmopolitan -- is coming together for a September opening. The location on Sixth Street across from Symphony Hall promises to have a creative farm-to-table menu and outstanding wine list.
