I&#39;d like to hear if anyone else has noticed. Also, I understand that the 4 Aces now has their BYOB liquor license. Ever leave a place completely stressed and pissed off, this is the place for you! <br /><br />Let me at least say at first, the food was average to very good (not great) depending on the selection. But the service and complete lack of competence was embarrassing! Learning the business is one thing, servicing TWO OTHER TABLES THAT CAME IN AFTER YOU AND OPENING THE FRONT ENTRY WAY IN 20 DEGREE TEMP at 8:00 WHEN EVERYONE IN THE PLACE BUT YOUR TABLE HAD LEFT, IS UNFORGIVABLE. <br /><br />The lack of service and positive attitude here puts any small benefit the food has at a complete disadvantage. There are numerous stories to tell about one dining experience but lets just summarize that &quot;we&#39;re learning the business&quot; doesn&#39;t excuse you for being COMPLETELY ignorant of your customers. <br /><br />This place will be closed by summer of 2010, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE TRY! Trust me, try someplace else if you want something different, not worth the hassle. Just staying at home would even have been better! Giving the excuse the we were extra busy (on a Saturday at 8:00) is horrible, and their defensive attitude that we were at fault is horrible, can I take my 15% tip back? It will probably be my next order there, as I love black bean burgers.<br /><br />Re my all-time favorite spot in the Lehigh Valley: I love Savory Grille. (As a disclaimer, I&#39;ve known Shawn and Dorothy for years.) They have the entire food package: creativity, preparation, ingredients and presentation. The atmosphere is a little cramped and simple, but I&#39;m OK with that; it doesn&#39;t clash or detract from the food. From an elegant rabbit stew to decadent creme brulee, Savory Grille has nailed every dish I&#39;ve ever had there. <br /><br />That said, I have about 10-15 strong seconds. We&#39;re lucky: 15 years ago in the Lehigh Valley, we&#39;d be hard pressed to pick five nice spots. Now it&#39;s tough to hit all the ones you like. Just had a Cuban sandwich(grilled Pernil, ham and pastrami) and a fresh Tamarindo juice. It is worth stopping by.
