I've eaten he...</title><content type='html'>Kim's Kitchen is a wonderful place!  I've eaten here a few times and haven't had a bad experience yet.  She makes everything from scratch and takes a lot of pride in her cooking.  She definitely has a local following and recognizes her returning customers. I imagine the meat and grease temper the kimchee a bit.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I do miss the array of veggies, pickled items and assorted (but good) weirdness before the meal. I've been to Korean restaurants where they ply you with a variety of pickled vegetable appetizers before you even order. Always good seafood soup, too; similar to Vietnamese pho. The State Street Kitchen in Newtown serves a kimchee cheesesteak that's great. Perhaps Kim's can put those menu items  together. I'd say it's an acquired taste.
