I went to Hana over the weekend for dinner, and I can concur with the good review. The place was crowded because it's small but we still found seating. The service was friendly, and there was a pleasant attention to detail in the plating of our food. The menu is extensive (and not just sushi, but some other fun dishes), and reasonably priced. I could say more, but I'll leave it at that. Definitely worth a visit.

Thanks for your comments re the site. Regarding local/organic foods, I know Bolete (Fountain Hill) sources some of its produce and meat locally. Savory Grill (Seisholtzville) does as well, though I'm not sure how extensively. There used to be a restaurant in Emmaus called Balasia that offered exclusively organic vegetarian dishes. They closed a year or two ago. I understand they're looking for a new location. Glasbern has a garden on the premises where they grow much of their produce.

These are the only restaurants that come to mind. Anyone else?

BTW, I've had scrapple once. Never again.

I'm wondering if you know about any restaurants in the Lehigh Valley and environs that serve organic vegtables (preferably locally grown) and clean meat (organic, no antibiotics/growth hormones, or grass-fed)? The only ones I know about are: The Farmhouse (the burger in the basement bar) and the Glasbern Inn (whence comes the meat for the Farmhouse burger). I dig your site and after 3 years of living here have still not had the "delicacy" of scrapple.

Not sure that the words Sushi and Nazareth jive in my head, but what the heck? I'll give it a try. Hope it's as good as Sogo and Robata's. The Lehigh Valley could use more high quality, creative sushi joins in my humble opinion.

Their hours are:
Monday - Thursday: 11am - 9:30pm
Friday & Saturday: 11am - 10:30pm
Sunday" 12 noon - 9:30pm

My husband and I are working on a deadline tonight so we just ordered the Jungle Roll, Spider Roll and TNT, which are all excellent. If you get a chance to try this place, I hope you enjoy it. :)
